Turkmenistan’s Ambassador to Japan Atadurdy Bayramov met with Y. Kanehana, the newly appointed president of the ROTOBO Japanese Business Association, on Aug. 17, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Japan reported Tuesday.
The meeting focused on preparations for the 16th meeting of the Turkmen-Japanese committees on economic cooperation, scheduled to take place in Tokyo on December 14-16, 2026.
The sides also discussed further development of bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and the ROTOBO Japanese Business Association.
They also exchanged views on projects related to the circular economy, one of the emerging areas of bilateral economic cooperation.
