The modernized version of the President of Turkmenistan’s Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex will open and be commissioned on Sept. 29. Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, said this in his speech at the open meeting of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding held in Kronenberg, Netherlands, a representative of the Business Turkmenistan online publication attending the event reported.
The President of Turkmenistan’s Akhal-Teke Equestrian Complex was modernized by the Chalyk Holding group of companies. The modernized complex uses modern technologies and artificial intelligence capabilities, with particular attention paid to digitizing production and management processes and modernizing the structure and conditions of the stables.
During his speech, the National Leader of the Turkmen people invited participants of the open meeting of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding to attend the opening ceremony of the complex on Sept. 29.
At the open meeting of the International Association of Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding in Kronenberg, several proposals were put forward concerning the development of Akhal-Teke horse breeding, expansion of international cooperation, coordination of education and research in horse breeding, exchange of historical information, and wider promotion of Akhal-Teke horses worldwide. A proposal to hold major international equestrian championships once every five years was also submitted for consideration by the meeting participants.
