Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Ivan Kuzmin, Hero of Turkmenistan, Chairman of the Interstate Coordinating Council on Seed Production Issues of the Commonwealth of Independent States and Chairman of the Semena Association, on his birthday.
In his congratulatory message, the President wished Kuzmin good health, happiness and great success in his responsible work, Turkmen state media reported Thursday.
Ivan Kuzmin, Chairman of the Interstate Coordinating Council on Seed Production Issues of the CIS, is among the scientists who have made significant contributions to the development of seed production and breeding in the agricultural sector.
Ivan Kuzmin was elected Chairman of the Interstate Coordinating Council on Seed Production Issues of the CIS in 2024.
