Modern technologies will be introduced at the Baherden garment factory. The factory is currently working to expand the range and volume of its products, Turkmen state media reported.
Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Nokerquly Atagulyyev reported on efforts to further modernize enterprises under the Ministry of Textile Industry at Friday’s regular Cabinet of Ministers meeting, held digitally.
According to the report, work is underway to introduce modern technologies at production enterprises of Turkmenistan’s textile industry and increase the range and volume of manufactured products through the efficient use of production capacities. In this regard, the Deputy Prime Mminister submitted a relevant proposal for the consideration of the Head of state.
After hearing the report, the Head of state noted that work is underway to introduce modern technologies at textile enterprises and increase the range and volume of manufactured products. He also approved the proposal to further modernize the Baherden garment factory and instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to carry out the necessary work in this area.
The Cabinet meeting also considered several other issues related to public life and adopted relevant decisions.
