Starting September 1, 2019, UNDP Turkmenistan switches to on-line tendering system. The eTendering system is designed to facilitate the UNDP tender process through online interaction, announced UN body on its website.
“The system aims to enhance the integrity and transparency of the tender process and also enables the streamlining of the procurement process: Bidders can use eTendering to submit their bids, view solicitation documents and receive automatic notifications from the system whenever an event has been modified,” UNDP announced in a statement.
Before, the parties interested in tenders or vacancies of UNDP had to collect and send large pile of paperwork to the local office of the organization. The new eTendering system eases this procedure with fully switching from paperwork to electronic documents. It also lets you to re-edit the sent documents until the deadline of the tender or vacancy.
