Spanish Ibertest has signed an agreement on cooperation with Turkmen railway agency Türkmendemirýollary.
The company, which took part in a business meeting on the sidelines of the first Caspian Economic Forum, offers new directions for cooperation in the railway industry to the Türkmendemirýollary agency.
This agreement is mainly aimed at the production and distribution of equipment for the physical and mechanical testing of building materials used in the worldwide railway sector.
By cooperating with Ibertest, the Türkmendemirýollary agency will have the opportunity to reconstruct the existing facilities and conduct tests for the construction of new railways in Turkmenistan.
Oscar Barroso, the representative of the Spanish Ibertest company, said: “We work in 14 directions, one of which is testing of railway equipment. With this agreement, a condition is created to improve the quality of work carried out in the agency’s divisions and ensure the safety of passengers. This agreement will give impetus and enhance cooperation on technology in the railway industry. Ibertest, with more than 50 years of experience, collaborates in this direction with leading companies of the world.”
Currently, the railway companies of 12 countries, including Uzbekistan, Iran, Pakistan, Indonesia, Mexico, and Myanmar use the services of Ibertest.
