Turkmen press published the newly edited Law of Turkmenistan “On the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan” on Wednesday.
This Law determines the legal, organizational, economic basis of the UIET and aims to increase its role in the development of entrepreneurship in Turkmenistan.
The new Law, which comes into force from the day of its official publication, is based on the Constitution of Turkmenistan, the Law of Turkmenistan “On Public Associations and other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan”.
Mejlis (parliament) of Turkmenistan adopted the draft Law of Turkmenistan “On the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan” (new edition) at the seventh meeting of its sixth convocation on October 5.
Today this public organization unites over 23 thousand representatives of private businesses, who are entrusted with the implementation of large-scale government projects in wide range of areas. UIET representative offices and trading houses were opened in the People's Republic of China, the United Arab Emirates, Austria and Afghanistan.
