Representatives of the private sector of the Turkmenistan’s creative industry will participate in the international conference Creative Central Asia 2019, scheduled for November 22-23, 2019 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Embassy of the United Kingdom in Ashgabat organized the participation of the Turkmen delegation in the forum, which has been held by the British Council since 2017.
According to the Embassy, 13 people delegation consisting of Akylly Tilsimat, Türkmen Tranzit, Belli Creative Studio and Caspy Creative Agency representatives will attend the forum. The British Embassy also noted that the Turkmen delegation is taking part in the Forum for the first time.
Creative Central Asia is held with the aim of developing the creative industry in Central Asia and to create the necessary platform for negotiations between representatives of the UK and countries of the region.
Astana hosted the international conference in 2017 and 2018, gathering about 120 leaders from across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and the UK representing different parts of government, the private sector and civil society.
