Türkmenaragatnaşyk Agency launched a single online portal of public services during the ongoing Turkmentel-2019 international exhibition in Ashgabat. The authorized user can currently pay bills for Internet, landline and mobile communications, and IP-TV through the e.gov.tm portal.
According to a representative of the agency, work continues on improving the portal.
Once fully developed, the portal will combine public services covering education and culture, health, passports, registrations, visas, transport, driver's licenses, pensions and benefits, fees, family and children, taxes and investments, and much more - from entrepreneurial activity to social aspects.
The portal will provide services for paying car fines, bills for water, electricity, gas and heating, buying transportation tickets, maintaining tax reporting for individuals and legal entities, receiving a tax return, marriage and birth registration, making a doctor's appointments or arranging a doctor house call.
The user can become a member of the portal of public services by submitting the name, surname and phone number.
Representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan gained experience in this area after a number business trips to foreign countries.
