Dashoguz plant of precast concrete products of the Turkmensenagat agency’s state-owned company Turkmendemirbetononumleri established the production of external and internal wall panels.
The enterprise installed a cassette processing line for these purposes.
The products are intended for the company’s construction unit that erects residential apartment buildings in the administrative center of Dashoguz. The enterprise currently works to establish the production of linear elements of large-panel residential buildings.
After the reconstruction carried out several years ago, the Dashoguz Precast Concrete Plant has significantly increased its production capabilities. The installment of bridge cranes, concrete mixing unit, compressor installation, steam generator, new modern machines for cutting and bending, cold stretching and spot welding of reinforcement steel, and other specialized equipment has significantly expanded the range of products and improved their quality.
The plant also manufactures precast concrete pipes of various diameters, floor slabs, window and door lintels, manholes for sewer wells and concrete curbs. The company plans to produce about 26 thousand cubic meters of reinforced concrete products this year.
