In December last year, the head of the Vozrozhdenie group of design and construction companies Igor Bukato had presented to the President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov the design and layout of the complex of anti-mudflow structures.

According to the signed document, the Russian company is assigned to begin the construction work in March 2020 and to hand over the complex of structures with full readiness for operation in September 2022.

The Director of the company’s Turkmenistan branch Alexander Petrov had announced in his opinion article published by the Neytralnyi Turkmenistan newspaper in February that the company is ready to join the construction of the North-South international transport corridor.

Saint Petersburg-based Vozrozhdenie was founded in 1988. The branch of the company, Vozrozhdenie-Turkmenistan, has been operating in the country since 2009.
