The branch of the Demirbetonönümleri production association in Turkmenabat, in addition to the half-year production task, manufactured 658 cubic meters of high quality precast concrete, Neytralnyi Turkmenistan newspaper reported on Monday.
All units of the enterprise, located in northeastern Turkmenistan, include modern equipment from leading companies of Germany, Italy, and Turkey. The company presently produces about 185 cubic meters of reinforced concrete products per day.
“The fittings enter the molding workshop and are installed inside the vertical compartments of two separately located compact furnaces. Ready concrete is poured there using an overhead crane. Then within 16-18 hours the process of steaming takes place. After staying in a humid and hot environment, the panels that have gained the necessary shape harden and are pulled out,” said Shukurulla Aliyev, a specialist in the molding workshop of the enterprise referring to the production of reinforced concrete products.
The quality of all products manufactured in the association is regularly tested in the laboratory. Here, on modern stands and instruments, tensile reinforcement is tested, and concrete samples are tested for strength under pressure.
The enterprise went through a major reconstruction and technical modernization five years ago. The company's products are widely used on construction sites of the Lebap velayat.
