Ashgabat City Telephone Network (AŞTU) Closed Joint Stock Company launched several new services as part of its efforts to improve the quality and availability of services provided to its customers, the company said in a press release on Sunday.
From now on, AŞTU customers do not need to visit the branches of the telecommunications company to connect to its Internet and IPTV services. The customers can now do it online, in their personal account, at my.agts.tv.
A technical support employee who will arrive at the service connection point will bring the contract, which must be signed to subscribe to the service, for its confirmation.
If any of AŞTU’s services malfunctions, its customers will be able to contact the help center posted on the company’s website. The technical team will contact the customers shortly after a reported malfunction.
The company is actively working on introducing this service into its iOS and Android mobile applications.
