The Department of State Registration of Legal Entities and Investment Projects of the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan has introduced an automated procedure for accepting applications, which will allow entrepreneurs to register a business online, TDH reported on Thursday.
According to the report, the system will speed up the process of state registration, re-registration and liquidation of legal entities. It is also planned to organize an online payment for the services.
The new system will make it possible to significantly increase the level and quality of work of registration departments, eliminate unnecessary barriers, and also reduce the material and physical costs of citizens and legal entities during registration procedures.
At present, a local network between the central office and the velayat registration departments has been created and is actively functioning. This made it possible to simplify the system of document approval between structural units in the velayats and Ashgabat.
The Ministry published the regulatory documents, a list of required documents and sample applications in this regard on its official website in the section on registration of legal entities.
