The opening ceremony of a large complex of social and cultural facilities built as part of the 16th phase of the development of the city of Ashgabat, with the participation of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, took place on Tuesday, TDH news agency reports.
According to the report, 1008 families of employees, about 5 thousand people, of various ministries and sectoral departments received the keys to comfortable apartments in new residential buildings in Ashgabat. The capital's Hyakimlik (Administration) and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs were also among the customers.
Six 48-apartment and ten 72-apartment twelve-storey residential buildings were erected as part of the 16th phase of development.
All the relevant infrastructure is envisaged in the adjacent territory and new roads with a total length of 5,564 meters have been laid with the necessary technical systems, underground pedestrian crossings and passenger transport stops.
The apartments include locally made furniture, which is used in hallways, kitchens and living rooms, and two smart TVs of different diagonals of Aýdyň Gijeler Economic Society.
The territory adjacent to the objects is fully landscaped. The residential complexes also consist of recreation and sports areas, as well as children's playgrounds.
Some apartments in residential buildings are equipped according to the Smart Home principle. It is an automated system that allows apartment owners to control their home devices via their mobile phone using advanced technologies and the internet.
Domestic construction companies, including Aşgabat Gurluşyk Production Association, Weli Gurluşyk, Nusaý Ýollary, Rysgally Zähmet, Çakmak Daşy and Bereketli individual enterprises, Altyn Nesil and Ajaýyp Bina economic societies, carried out the construction of the buildings.
