Visa has appointed Cristina Doros to the position of Vice President, Regional Manager of Visa in Central Asia and Azerbaijan from June 1 this year.
In her new role, Christina Dorosh will focus on developing the electronic payments business in the newly created cluster of Central Asia and Azerbaijan, increasing the value of Visa for banks, merchants and cardholders, according to the company's Wednesday press release.
Following the transformational changes in the development of new technologies and the regulatory environment, Visa changed the structure of the cluster in the Caucasus and Central Asia and raised the level of the head of the sub-region of Central Asia and Azerbaijan to the level of Vice President, according to the report.
