Ashgabat will host the fourth business forum of the member states of the Organization for Economic Cooperation (ECO) in a hybrid format on November 26. The event is organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of Turkmenistan, ECO secretariat and ECO CCI.
The ECO press service said the purpose of the forum is to discuss economic achievements over the past 30 years since the accession of the Central Asian countries to the ECO, as well as the creation of a united discussion platform on key issues of trade and economic cooperation in priority areas.
At the upcoming business, the main attention will be devoted to expanding business ties, mobilizing investments in the implementation of mutually beneficial projects, cooperation in trade, economic, transport and logistics spheres.
The forum will be attended by representatives of chambers of commerce and industry, ECO member states, specialized organizations, and private companies, as well as government bodies and public organizations.
Following the results of the business forum, it is expected to sign bilateral documents between the business circles of the ECO Member States and the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
