The foreign trade turnover of Turkmenistan in the first 11 months of 2021 increased by 18.6% compared to the same period last year, the Deputy Chairman of the Government Serdar Berdimuhamedov said in his briefing to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during the online cabinet meeting on Friday.
During the period, Turkmenistan increased the total volume of manufactured products by 6.1%, ensuring a dynamic rate of GDP growth, the Vice-Premier told in his report, He added that the revenue part of the State budget was executed at 108.5%, and the expenditure part – 97.2%, the country’s official media reports.
Summing up the report, the Head of State instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to work on mutual settlements by the end of the year, because there are outstanding debts between the ministries and sectoral agencies.
It is necessary to timely repay the loans and debts of other organizations and enterprises, the Turkmen Leader continued, instructing to ensure strict control over the solution of all the above-mentioned issues.
The Turkmen President stated the collection of taxes in full volume, including local ones, should be the focus of constant attention. He also instructed the Central Bank to analyze the flow of funds in 2022.
During the meeting, the Head of State also signed Resolution on the approval of the program to reduce the impact on the economy of the complications encountered in the global economy, and the stable development of the national economy in 2022.
