The construction company Ýüpek Ýoly Gurluşyk will build a new complex of residential buildings and facilities on an area of 71 hectares along the road leading from the city of Dashoguz to international airport in velayat.
The new complex will be built in stages over several years. It will include dozens of residential buildings with a total of 1469 apartments, a modern healthcare center, a kindergarten for 240 children, a secondary school for 600 pupils, a services center, and a number of other social facilities, the country’s official media reports.
The project provides for building of all necessary types of engineering networks, including water supply, heat, electricity and sewage systems.
The new array will be served by two sewage pumping stations, a new electrical substation, a total of 30 transformers, including those with a modular construction, which allows for a larger number of connections on a smaller area. For laying the street lighting system, it is planned to erect 446 pillars.
Dashoguz velayat is located in the north of Turkmenistan. Its administrative city is Dashoguz.
