Turkmen Trading House company in Kazan city of Russia’s Tatarstan Republic started its operation, the Consulate General of Turkmenistan in Kazan announced on Thursday.
The representative of the Türkmendaşarysöwda (Turkmen Foreign Trade) State Enterprise of the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan authorized for the Turkmen Trading House company Begendik Artykov with the assistance of the Turkmen Consulate General in Kazan held a meeting in the Investment Development Agency of Tatarstan Republic and the online talks with the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan and the Plenipotentiary Representative of Tatarstan to Turkmenistan.
The meetings focused on discussion of the issues on establishment of mutually beneficial commercial relations.
The main activity of the Turkmen Trading House company will be wholesale and retail trade in a variety of goods produced in Turkmenistan and Russia.
The company is oriented to attract wholesale and small wholesale buyers, commercial structures engaged in production, distribution and sales of products. One of the priority directions of commercial activity of the company is to expand the range of textile, knitted and garment goods produced in Turkmenistan.
From the first days the company has set a goal to realize direct deliveries from the leading factories of Turkmenistan equipped with the most modern technologies and equipment and meeting international standards, the Consulate General said in a statement.
Turkmen Trading House company was registered in Kazan in March last year.
