Cotton Yarn Sold For Export During Turkmen Commodity Exchange Trades
For the domestic market, the local entrepreneur bought 88 thousand kilograms of cotton yarn for 3.9 million manats.

The State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) registered three deals on the purchase of cotton yarn during Monday trades.

The businesses from Kyrgyzstan and India procured 512 thousand kilograms of the yarn of different varieties produced at enterprises of Textile Industry Ministry of Turkmenistan. The total amount of the transactions amounted to $1.5 million, the SCRMET said in its press release.

For the domestic market, the local entrepreneur bought 88 thousand kilograms of cotton yarn for 3.9 million manats.

Last week, the total amount of transactions concluded in foreign currency at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan exceeded $90.922 million.
