New residential buildings for Turkmen law enforcement officers were commissioned in Balkanabat, the administrative center of Turkmenistan’s Balkan province, and in Turkmenabat, the administrative center of Lebap province, on Thursday, the Watan habarlary news program reports.
Two four-story residential buildings with 40 apartments in Balkanabat is intended for officers of Balkan Province Police Department. The construction of the new buildings with three- and four-room apartments was carried out by builders of the Zerger Reinforced Concrete Products Plant of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan and private enterprise Daň Ýagtysy.
In the coming years, this site will have a total 32 residential buildings, a new school, kindergarten, polyclinic, shopping center and other facilities.
The four-storey residential building with 16 apartments in Turkmenabat is intended for the employees of the Lebap Province Department of the Ministry of National Security of Turkmenistan. Its construction was carried out by Amul Ýoly company.
During the opening ceremonies, the builders who had worked on the construction of the new buildings received valuable gifts on behalf of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
