Turkmen President and Head of Bouygues Discuss Cooperation Opportunities
During the meeting, the company confirmed its desire to further strengthen its position in promising Turkmen market.

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and President of Bouygues Group of Companies Martin Bouygues exchanged views on the prospects for future cooperation at a meeting in Ashgabat on Thursday, the official Turkmen media reported. 

At the beginning of the meeting, Martin Bouygues provided Turkmen President with comprehensive information on the progress of work at the facilities, the construction of which was entrusted to the company. In addition, the sides discussed the priority directions of socioeconomic development and new proposals developed within the framework of Turkmenistan's large-scale reforms.

"Over the years of cooperation, Bouygues company has proved its competence in the development and implementation of a number of architectural projects, urban design models and has contributed to strengthening bilateral relations, as well as Turkmen-French cooperation," Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted.

During the meeting, the company confirmed its desire to further strengthen its position in the promising Turkmen market and stated that it has been doing business in Turkmenistan for more than 30 years.

President Berdimuhamedov stressed that advanced architectural, engineering and technical thinking, creative approach, active application of innovative technologies, strict adherence to ecological safety standards are important areas of the large-scale urban development program implemented in Turkmenistan. In this regard, Turkmen President expressed readiness to consider specific proposals from Bouygues.

Martin Bouygues once again thanked the President of Turkmenistan for his confidence in Bouygues and assured that the company will do its best for the successful implementation of entrusted projects.
