Job Purpose

Coordinate activities of catering contractor and assist to Offshore Service Administrator in managing catering and accommodation matters at DOTL offshore facilities. Ensuring offshore residents are having comfortable living conditions and are provided with adequate catering cleaning and laundry services.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of DOTL catering contractor, ensure its compliance with catering contract and high level of services.
• Provide offshore residents with high and comfortable living conditions.
• Control catering contractor’s charges in order to optimize DOTL expenses.
• Allocate rooms and control POB.
• Ensure comfortable conditions of living quarters and other facilities at offshore. Take actions to improve and maintain them to a higher level.
• Ensure all accommodations, laundry, kitchen and dining facilities are equipped with all necessary equipment.
• Control that offshore food stores, dining and kitchen areas are kept clean at all times and meeting to hygienic standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities for offshore offices, accommodation, dining, kitchen and laundry facilities. Raise construction and maintenance work requests and follow up on the work completion.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for dining, kitchen, laundry and food storage equipment.
• Prepare and timely submit POB list, meal sheets and offshore movement plan to catering contractors.
• Control over the quality and quantity of food served at offshore.
• Check and timely verify contractor meal sheet summaries and invoices and making sure that there are no duplications of charges.
• Properly record and control offshore accommodation, dining, kitchen and laundry asset at offshore, maintain and timely update asset register.
• Identify obsolete and damaged items, timely write them off in accordance to Company Asset Disposal procedure and plan their replacement.
• Identify the requirements for offshore facilities in furniture, kitchen, dining, laundry, accommodation, recreation equipment and appliances. Rise reservations and purchase requisitions for such items.

Eligibility criteria:

• Minimum secondary vocational education and at least one years of experience working in household services, or full secondary education and three years of experience working in household services.
• PC Literate and capability to use communication means.
• Good command of Turkmen, Russian and English.
