Location: Hazar, Balkan region.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To co-supervise the project execution;
• To prepare and coordinate project technical documentation;
• To monitor overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary to improve the project execution;
• Coordinate subcontractors’ activities;
• Assisting in the development of test methods and inspection plans;
• To adopt and apply appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards;
• To make sure that the project execution comply with any and all standards, internal policies and legal regulations;

Required skills:

• High education in Technology/Engineering;
• Preferably having CSWIP 3.1 Welding inspector Certificate;
• Fluency in English, Russian and Turkmen;
• Expertise in MS Office, Outlook;
• Preparation of project technical documentation in English;
• Experience in working with PSA holders;
• Experience in Quality Control/welding/NDT disciplines;
• Good ability to communicate with Clients and Subcontractors;
