Job Purpose

Following up instructions of the Logistics Foreman and Heavy Lifting Supervisor in order to fulfil the operational tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Proper use of lifting tools and gears used for lifting operations.
• Fulfil the operational tasks, in professional and qualitative manner, following up instructions of Heavy Lifting Supervisor, Logistics Foreman or a senior employee appointed by him in compliance with the HSE rules.
• Dumping, washing, cleaning of the mud and trash skips. Preparation of cargo, bundling of casing, pipes, steel structures etc. for further loading it and transportation on vehicle or vessel.
• Cleaning the area where lifting activities were performed immediate after completion of work, area of lifting gears stock, keeping restrooms for HL employees clean. Involvement to socially useful activities.
• Checking workability/validity of lifting gears immediate pre-start work.
• Working with/assisting DOTL HL services vehicles due to work requirements & getting instructions from Heavy Lifting Supervisor or Logistics Foreman.
• Being involved in work that does not require special qualification when required and being involved in social activities in compliance with the HSE rules.

Education

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a rigger or slinger.     
• Primary Prefssional Education.   
• Knowledge of English Language is a privilege.
• Availability of Primary Professional Diploma as a Heavy Equipment Operator / Driver is a privilege.
