Job Description
- The HSE Intern is responsible for supporting the local management in establishing and continuously improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture within the worksite.
- Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting in HSE documentation, audits, and compliance monitoring.
- Develop and implement basic HSE awareness initiatives under supervision.
- Interface with team members and contractors to support HSE processes.
- Build an effective safety culture by promoting HSE best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Recent graduated within the last 3 years.
- Experience in an international company is a plus.
- Understanding of local (TDS) and international (IOGP) industrial safety requirements.
- Basic to medium knowledge of oilfield operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Turkmen to communicate with local authorities. Strong English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and a confident personality respected by peers.
