THE TERM OF CONTRACT: 1 year (the job training period is 3 months)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• assistance to diplomats (in the field of politics, culture, sports and education)
• analysis of data in the field of politics, culture, sports and education
• oral and written translation (English-Turkmen, English-Russian)
• working as a secretary of the diplomat for political issues (management of work schedule of the work, documents)
• implementation of other instructions

NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English and Russian language
• Bachelor or higher degree in higher education
• Ability to use MS-OFFICE

PREFERABLE SKILLS

• Working knowledge of Korean language.
• Professional skills and experience in the relevant field (Documents are needed to prove the work experiences)

SALARY AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• Monthly salary: 830 USD. It will be determined upon the results of interview
• Dismissal pay will not be paid upon the termination of the contract.
• Pension payments are done by the Embassy.
• Works from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 (Lunch break: 12:30-13:30)

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1^st stage: Document Review

• Document submission: March 21 to 31
• Announcement of the result: April 7, 2025

2^nd stage: Interview

• Interview date: April 11, 2025
• Announcement of interview result: April 14, 2025

Background Investigation (3 -4 weeks)

Commencement of work: May

It is necessary to submit the documents to the Embassy from 21 to 31 March 2025 during working hours or send to e-mail: hscho25@mofa.go.kr from 21 to 31 March 2025.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

• CV with photo 4X5, which was taken within last 3 months
• Diploma of higher education
• Transcript with grades, translated and notarized in English
• (if available) Document to prove the work experience
• (if available) Recommendation letter(s).
