Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and timely logistics and transportation operations for SLB’s activities in Hazar. The role ensures effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to meet operational demands in line with company standards and procedures.

This is a fixed-term assignment for 6–12 months (depending on operational demand). The working schedule is 15 days on / 15 days off, with 10–11-hour shifts.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well both independently and in a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily logistics and transportation to support field operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with HSE standards.
• Communicate effectively with departments and service providers.
• Assist with resolving logistics issues and improving processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Preferably a resident of Hazar city.
• Minimum 3 years of oilfield experience, ideally in logistics or field coordination roles.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting field operations.
• Proficiency in Turkmen, English, and Russian.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of local transportation systems and domestic logistics practices is recommended.
