2024 Global B2B E-commerce Accelerator Program Accepting Applications from Entrepreneurs

The program aims to assist companies in Central Asia in expanding their e-commerce sales through training and direct support. The goal is to provide 20 top candidates with the opportunity to build a world-class e-commerce website and connect with international B2B buyers.

Eligibility for the program is targeted towards established, medium-sized businesses with a strong ambition to grow their e-commerce sales. Prioritizing businesses that have already exported and are ready to acquire international buyers, the program also welcomes smaller businesses with a strong e-commerce record and potential to move into B2B sales. Industries eligible for the program include Textiles and Apparel, Furniture and Home Decor, Agricultural Products (non-perishable), and Handicrafts and Traditional Products.

Companies formally registered in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan can apply. Experience with e-commerce, exporting, and B2B sales is advantageous.

Successful candidates will learn how to open and manage their own BigCommerce store, handle international payments, manage product uploads, and organize international deliveries. They will also gain insights into global e-commerce dynamics, including competition, pricing, and success factors. Digital marketing skills to attract international buyers will also be developed.

Interested candidates can fill out the application form by Friday, April 5, 2024.

Program participants will gain access to training videos and have the opportunity to participate in group training sessions covering various B2B e-commerce topics. The top 20 candidates will receive one-on-one meetings with e-commerce experts to set up their store on BigCommerce and connect with global B2B buyers. The program covers the BigCommerce annual subscription fee ($348 USD) and provides $1,000 USD for marketing expenses to promote the participants' e-commerce stores, allowing them to offer discounts to attract new buyers.

Two information sessions will be held on March 19 and March 28, featuring a Russian language interpreter. Interested individuals can register for the sessions using the provided links:
