The Seydi Oil Refinery in Lebap velayat, Turkmenistan, processed 431,400 tons of raw materials from January to November this year, exceeding the production plan by 109.1%, as reported by official media in Turkmenistan on Monday.

Among the total processed volume of 375,700 tons, the refinery produced 219,000 tons of gasoline with varying octane levels, which represents a 9.6% increase compared to the same period last year.

During this period, the facility produced 109,600 tons of diesel fuel, 23,600 tons of heavy vacuum gas oil, and over 19,000 tons of road bitumen.

High production figures resulted from the modernization of the refinery and the installation of modern equipment.

The Seydi Oil Refinery, part of the Turkmenbashy Complex of Oil Refineries, stands as one of the largest industrial enterprises in the country. In 2015, the refinery built a unit for road bitumen production with an annual capacity of 37,200 tons. In 2017, the Seydi Oil Refinery also launched a catalytic reforming unit with an annual capacity of 500,000 tons of high-octane gasoline.
