Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan announces international tender for power plant construction

The Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan announces international tender for the turnkey construction of a combined cycle power plant with a capacity of 1574 MW in the Balkan province and the necessary power transmission systems to connect it to the power grid

Interested parties must:

• submit a written application addressed to the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan about the desire to participate in the tender, indicating the full name of the participant, legal status, country of registration and details;
• get the specification of the lot and technical requirements in the Department of Prospective Development, New Technologies and Capital Construction of the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan
• receive a package of tender documents by paying 1,500 US dollars (without VAT and bank charges);

Tender proposals are accepted until May 10, 2023, until 16.00 local time.

Packages with tender offers are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.
