Turkmen Ministry of Construction and Architecture announces tender for construction of residential buildings

The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, under the order of the Administration of Ashgabat city, has announced a tender for the construction of several projects in the residential complex Parahat-7 located in Ashgabat city. The projects include the construction of: eight 9-storey residential buildings, each consisting of 54 apartments; twelve 9-storey residential buildings, each consisting of 36 apartments; a secondary school with a capacity of 720 places; a park within the residential complex

Applications and proposals of interested parties are accepted in the prescribed manner, registered with the Department of Marketing and Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan.

Applications are accepted until November 13, 2023.
