The Administration of Turkmenbashi city in the Balkan Province announces a tender for the selection of contractors for the design and construction of 2 4-storey 24-apartment residential buildings on Saparova Street of the city for employees of the Police Department of Balkan velayat of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Turkmenistan
