State Committee for the Construction of Arkadag City Announces Tender for the Construction of Facilities

The State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan, in collaboration with the Administration of the City of Arkadag, announces a TENDER with a request for quotations for the design and construction, including landscaping, of the following facilities within the "Arkadag Medisina Klasteri Menejment" project (divisible LOT):

• Administrative building for "Arkadag Medisina Klasteri Menejment";
• Commercial and office building in "Arkadag Medisina Klasteri Menejment – 2";
• Factory complex for the production of injection products in "Arkadag Medisina Klasteri Menejment";
• Water treatment facility with external and internal potable water supply networks (according to the General Plan);
• Sewage treatment facilities with main and internal sewage networks, including a closed drainage system (according to the General Plan);
• External and internal roads (according to the General Plan);
• 220/110/10kV electrical substation – 1 unit;
• 110/35/10kV electrical substation – 2 units.
