CNPC Branch in Turkmenistan Announces Pre-Qualification Process for Drilling Services

The Office of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process №CIT-24096-SR to provide drilling services in the "Bagtyýarlyk" Contract Area

Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information:

• A brief company profile, including registration details.
• Information on the company's successful experience with projects under similar conditions (drilling and cementing of wells in gas fields with high pressure, high risks, and high hydrogen sulfide content) over the past three years.
• Details of current construction and cementing works being carried out on wells.
• The location and current condition of the drilling rigs proposed for this tender.
• The company's financial statements for the past three years.
• For local companies, a copy of the registration certificate confirming membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.

Deadline for submission of applications within 10 (ten) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.

Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.

Providing clarifying information about the conditions of participation and pre-qualification documents is carried out at the specified address.
