CNPC Branch in Turkmenistan Announces Pre-Qualification Process for a Tenderfor the Purchase of Oil for GCS
The Office of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process for Tender No.CIT-24038-MR for the purchase of oil for GCS for the Production Department (PD) of Block A on the "Bagtyýarlyk" Contract Area
Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information:
- Brief company information, including registration details (license, certificates with the company code, tax registration certificate, etc.).
- Financial statements for the last three years, including audit reports.
- An official letter from the company, confirming readiness to provide a bank guarantee in case of successful pre-qualification and participation in the tender process.
- A letter of commitment, guaranteeing that the company will not suspend its activities, lose its license (or have it revoked), enter liquidation procedures, declare bankruptcy, or face any other loss of profitability. Additionally, guarantees for fulfilling all contract terms must be included.
- For local companies, a copy of the registration certificate confirming membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan must be provided.
Deadline for submission of applications within 10 (ten) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.
