Turkmenabat International Airport Extends International Tender for Purchase of Equipment and Spare Parts for Radio Navigation and Radar Systems

Turkmenabat International Airport of the Türkmenhowaýollary Agency extends the open international tender for the procurement of essential equipment and spare parts for the radio navigation and radar systems of the radio-technical and communication facilities, as well as servers for time synchronization of the equipment ensuring flight safety and uninterrupted operation via satellite channel

Lot 1: Blocks, boards, and devices of specialized radionavigation and radiolocation equipment.
Lot 2: Communication equipment and spare parts.

Companies, individual entrepreneurs, and private enterprises interested in participating in the open international tender must submit a letter of application along with the following documents and information:

• Brief company profile, legal status, registration documents, legal address, and contact numbers (mobile and work) of the company’s authorized representative;
• Information on relevant experience in the specified field;
• Power of attorney issued to the authorized representative participating in the tender;
• Participation fee: 70.00 Turkmen manats for Turkmenistan residents (including tax), and 20.00 USD for foreign participants. The fee is non-refundable.

To take part in the tender, applicants must submit an application stating the full name of the participant, proof of legal status, registration and legal documents, and the power of attorney. A copy of the representative’s passport must also be provided.

Tender proposals are accepted at the Marketing and Contracts Department of Turkmenabat International Airport within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of this announcement, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM local time.

Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The bank details for the registration fee payment will be provided upon submission of a written application.

A complete tender proposal, stamped and sealed, must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the specified address starting from the announcement’s publication date. Proposals will only be reviewed after payment of the tender fee.

The tender proposal must include electronic versions of the documents, key contract terms (in Word format), as well as technical and economic specifications (in Excel format).
