Asian Development Bank Announces Tender for Wind Measurement Mast Installation in Turkmenistan
Lahmeyer International (Suntrace) GmbH, acting as the Technical Representative to the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan (SEIT) for procurement activities under the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Technical Assistance TA-10424 TKM: Evaluation of Wind Potential for Renewable Energy Development (58422-001), invites interested companies to submit quotations for the following procurement:
Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance and decommissioning of two (2) 120 m wind measurement masts, including a 12-month wind measurement campaign in Turkmenistan.

Quotation Submission
Bidders must submit their signed quotations in PDF format by email, in accordance with the submission requirements set out below.

Key Requirements
- Quotations must be submitted in English.
- Prices must be quoted in US dollars (USD).
- Bidders must be established in an ADB member country and meet the qualification requirements specified in the RFQ.
- Requests for clarification must be submitted in writing by email to windprocurement.turkmenistan@lahmeyer.com. Responses will be shared with all invited bidders on an anonymized basis.
- At any time during the validity of the quotation, no price variation due to escalation, inflation, fluctuation in exchange rates, or any other market factors shall be accepted by ADB after it has received the quotation.
Following evaluation, the successful bidder will receive a Letter of Acceptance from the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan (SEIT).
Notification of the award is currently planned within 60 days after the quotation submission deadline.
