On 23 October 2025, a festive event dedicated to Annual International Day, and to United Nations Day was held in Tbilisi with the participation of representatives from Turkmenistan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Turkiye, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Iran, Pakistan Egypt, and USA.
The participants presented their countries, showcasing the richness of their national cultures. They performed traditional songs and dances, staged theatrical performances, and introduced guests to their national cuisines and diverse handicrafts. Each presentation enabled both participants and spectators to gain a deeper insight into the cultures of different nations.
The Embassy of Turkmenistan in Georgia organized an exhibition decorated in the national style, and dedicated to the 30th Anniversary of permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan, and to the International Year of Peace and Trust. Books of President Serdar Berdimuhamdov and National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov were displayed alongside traditional costumes, jewellery, colorful handmade crafts, paintings, souvenirs, as well as national dishes and sweets.
The exhibition has captured the spirit of Turkmen culture and sparked genuine interest in its customs and traditions.
Such events contribute to strengthening friendly ties between nations and to fostering respect for, as well as interest in, the cultures of different countries.
