Turkmenistan-based turkey products maker Maksada Okgunly Individual Enterprise headed by Maksat Ibragimov, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, is working on a new product line – chocolate sausages, the Turkmen newspaper Rysgal reported on Monday.

According to Entrepreneur Maksat Ibragimov, the products, which will be produced in Turkmenistan for the first time, will soon appear in the outlets of the country.

The company's turkey complex produces 75 types of products. It is located on the territory of dozens of hectares where turkeys are raised for meat. In addition, the enterprise makes sausage products and semi-finished products such as frozen somsa, pelmeni, cutlets and manty from turkey meat.

Earlier this year, the complex began production of canned turkey meat, making 890 cans daily. The complex produces products in three types – turkey leg with white meat, red breast meat and bone-in, cooked from the larynx.

The company has established exports of canned turkey meat to Azerbaijan. In addition, it is working on sending these products to Uzbekistan.
