Üznüksiz Hyzmat Individual Enterprise, based in Turkmenistan’s capital Ashgabat, has recently established the first production of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) in the country, the major business union of the country – Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (UIET) – reported on Monday.
The enterprise, the UIET member, produces various types of UPS under the Çeşme brand that provide uninterrupted power supply for a certain period.
The product runs on batteries and is widely used in street lamps, traffic control devices, computer equipment, internet networks, hospitals (operating rooms), airports and residential buildings.
The company also produces electric current control devices (stabilizers), electric current distribution devices (switchboards). The enterprise also carries out the installation of UPS, and delivery of their spare parts.
In the near future, the company aims to expand production scale and create new jobs. In this regard, it is currently planned to build and put into operation a new production facility with a total area of 3 hectares in Ak Bugday district of Ahal province.
