Export Transactions Exceed $29.5 Million at SCRMET
Trading moment at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan

Foreign exchange auctions on Friday at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) concluded transactions surpassing $29.5 million.

As reported by SCRMET, representatives of the Afghan business community acquired SN-180 base oil and L-0.5-62 diesel fuel from the Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern, totaling transactions worth $23.827 million.

Kazakh businessmen purchased TPP D 30 S polypropylene, amounting to $4.3 million.

Kyrgyz and Turkish businessmen secured transactions for cotton yarn, plain-dyed and jacquard terry products, denim trousers, and denim fabric, reaching a total of $1.400 million.

For the domestic market, local businessmen procured TPP D 30 S polypropylene, handmade Turkmen carpets, and sheet glass, with transactions totaling 3.057 million manats.

Established in 1994, the SCRMET plays a pivotal role in regulating export-import operations in Turkmenistan.
