The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov met on Monday in Ashgabat with Erman Ilıcak, the Chairman of the Board of the Turkish company Rönesans Holding.
According to the official media of Turkmenistan, the National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized that Turkmenistan attaches great importance to the development of constructive cooperation with the Republic of Türkiye and expressed confidence that Ilıcak's current visit would be an important step in expanding bilateral relations and defining specific areas of work conducted by Rönesans Holding in Turkmenistan.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also expressed interest in the progress of the construction of the 1st Specialized Military School named after Berdimuhamed Annayev under the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan. In addition, the National Leader of the Turkmen people noted that Turkish entrepreneurs could participate in projects in the country related to the development of the chemical industry and the second stage of construction of the city of Arkadag.
The head of the Turkish company expressed gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty for the great attention paid at the state level to the development of bilateral partnership. Ilıcak emphasized readiness to contribute to the implementation of programmatic reforms in Turkmenistan.
Continuing the meeting, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized that Turkmenistan highly appreciates the work of the fraternal country's company and, considering the accumulated positive experience, is ready for further expansion of bilateral cooperation.
