On September 4, the President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Serdar Berdimuhamedov, held a regular meeting of the State Security Council. The meeting reviewed the performance of military and law enforcement agencies for the period from January to August of this year. The agenda also included issues of ensuring security and peace in independent Turkmenistan, strengthening the material and technical base of the security forces, and further improving their operations.
During the meeting, a decree was signed "On the Appointment and Dismissal of Judges of Turkmenistan’s Courts, as well as the Assignment of Qualification Classes."

In accordance with Articles 54, 72, and 83 of the Law of Turkmenistan "On the Court," I decree:
- To appoint Ovezmyrat Sapargeldiyevich Byashimov as Deputy Chairman of the Balkan Regional Court.
- To appoint Atajan Akmyradovich Roziyev as Judge of the Kaakhka District Court of Ahal Province, relieving him from the position of Administrative and Executive Judge of the Kopetdag District Court in Ashgabat.
- To appoint Yazjemal Sultanmuratovna Sukhanberdiyeva as Judge of the Akdepe District Court in Dashoguz Province and to assign her the 5th qualification class.
- To appoint Ezizmyrat Akmyradovich Annayev as Administrative and Executive Judge of the Bagtyyarlyk District Court in Ashgabat and to assign him the 5th qualification class.
- To appoint Bayramgeldi Charyberdiyevich Rakhymov as Administrative and Executive Judge of the Kerki District Court in Lebap Province and to assign him the 5th qualification class.
