President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Nokerguly Hojagulyyevich Atagulyyev as the acting Vice Premier for the Trade Complex and Textile Industry during an online Cabinet meeting on Friday, as reported by the state news program Watan habarlary.
Prior to this appointment, Atagulyyev served as the head of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
Batyr Taganovich Atdayev was removed from his position as Vice Premier for failing to fulfill his responsibilities.
The government meeting also addressed several issues related to state matters.
