Belli Asman introduced its multifunctional application, Alaja, at the Türkmentel-2024 international exhibition of telecommunications and information technologies on Friday.

Developed over the past year, Alaja aims to be the first national platform that combines features of a social network, marketplace, and business tools.

“Our application will provide users with all the necessary tools for communication, shopping, and business development in one place,” a company representative told the online publication Business Turkmenistan.

Users will have the option to create three types of accounts: personal, business, and professional.

A standout feature of Alaja will be its integration with an interactive city map, allowing users to discover interesting locations, view event listings, and add their own events.

Business account holders will also be able to specify the locations of their retail outlets.

Looking ahead, the app plans to offer e-commerce tools, enabling users to list products, connect to food delivery services, and accept cashless payments.

“All published materials will undergo mandatory moderation to ensure accurate information,” the developers emphasized.

After the testing phase, Alaja will be available for iOS and Android devices, with future plans for integration with banking systems to facilitate internal transactions.
