Turkmen food producer Owadan Ülke participated in the international exhibition Food Week Uzbekistan 2024, held from November 5-7 in Tashkent, as reported by the USAID project for entrepreneurship and business environment development.
At its stand, the company showcased a variety of products, including mayonnaise, ketchup, spreads, and vegetable and fruit preserves. Visitors explored items that combine traditional flavors with modern production standards.
During the exhibition, Owadan Ülke representatives met with companies from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Germany, Turkey, Bulgaria, and other countries. They also negotiated with distributors and retail chain representatives to discuss potential collaboration.
Following the exhibition, the company plans to send product samples to potential partners and prepare commercial proposals. Additionally, Owadan Ülke intends to update its marketing materials based on feedback received.
Founded in 2016, Owadan Ülke produces goods under the brands NUR, Mylaýym, Hazyna, and Esmo. The company’s factory, located in the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal velayat, can produce up to 20 tons of mayonnaise per day and up to 80 tons of canned seasonal products per shift.
The event brought together producers, suppliers, retailers, and food industry experts, covering a wide range of products, including fresh and processed foods, beverages, seafood, equipment, and technologies.
