It includes universities listed in the Moscow International Ranking "Three Missions of Universities," the World University Rankings 2025, the QS World University Rankings 2025, and the 2025 Academic Ranking of World Universities (Shanghai Ranking).
Turkmenistan offers a nostrification process for individuals who have earned degrees abroad, ensuring that their foreign diplomas are recognized as equivalent to national qualifications and are legally valid within the country.
