The private company “Türkmençarwa” has launched a new production line for household soap under the “NU-NA” brand in the city of Gubadag, Boldumsaz district of Dashoguz velayat, as reported by Türkmenistan newspaper on Wednesday.
The company uses modern technology to process cottonseed into cottonseed oil. In the first five months of the “Year of Peace and Trust,” the facility produced over three tons of clean, high-quality cottonseed oil.
According to the report, the company also recycles production waste. From the processed cottonseed residues, it produces cottonseed meal and husks.
The soap, made from byproducts of the cottonseed oil process, is well-suited for household cleaning and laundry. The new facility produces 8,000 bars of 130-gram soap and 4,000 bars of 230-gram soap daily.
The company is currently working on steps to export its products to foreign markets.
